You will have a dedicated account manager who is always available for you by phone, e-mail, and instant messaging. Your manager is a proactive partner for you and will always remain informed on your company’s cable needs and your buying history with Compatible Cable.

We have a no-hassle RMA policy. If you need to return any standard product, simply fill out an RMA form and we will send you an RMA number same-day. Depending on the customer’s preference and the situation, we will send a replacement product or issue a credit memo. There is a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise which is not defective. RMAs will not be issued for product that is held by the customer .

Compatible Cable accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Company check, and cash. Net terms are extended to customers based on approved credit. If you would like to apply for terms, please ask your dedicated account manager for a credit application.

Orders for stock items are guaranteed to ship same-day if placed by 3:00 PM PST. In the event that we cannot ship the order complete, we immediately notify customers and provide them their options (partial shipments, back-orders, hold and ship complete when the product arrives, etc).
