One day I received a call out of nowhere (a cold call as they say) from a sales man. Now i don’t get too many of these but when I do it is usually someone who is selling something that has no relation to my business. On this day it was Bill Calkins on the other end of the line. Being very busy I am sure I was quite short with Bill but he persevered explaining that he does indeed have cables, and adapters and the like that I could use in my industry. I mentioned who I was using at the time and too my surprise Bill came back with better pricing and to be sure a more personal customer service level than I was receiving at the time. In all honestly I have not looked back and now use Compatible Cable nearly exclusively. Orders arrive complete and timely and I always welcome a call from Mr. Calkins.
